The Dsquared A/W ready to wear collection at NY fashion week ’09 included Starbuck’s accessories, including latte’s, frappacino’s, the LOT! So is the fashion world getting bored of handbags and poodles in bags as the latest accessories? Or maybe the credit crunch is even hitting the fashion labels, and they are downsizing on the accessories front…
It definitely shows that the outfits were influenced/made for Hollywood starlets being snapped by the paparazzi, e.g. Mary Kate Oslen, (who apparently has 2-4 starbucks a day!) with the big sunnies, big scarves, and lots of layers..
